As of December 2020 we are currently in Tier 4, unfortunately we are unable to deliver any in person classes until we return to Tier 2. Please watch this short video which gives you more information, and how you can join our Virtual BYB Pilates family!

You start by taking the plunge and we at BYB Pilates are here to help and guide you through your Pilates journey.  The phrase "use it or lose it" is very true and more so when it comes to our bodies, so often clients are scared to move in case it makes their pain worse, but in not doing so, pain levels can increase. Monday's and Fridays 9.30am - 10.30am

 

Shrewsbury House, Bushmoor Crescent SE18

Tuesday's 9.15am -10.15am

As of December 2020 we have been placed under tier 4 and we are unable to teach in person classes, as soon as the restrictions are lifted we will be pleased to be able to resume teaching mat based classes at New Eltham Library SE9 and Shrewsbury House in Plumstead, SE18.

Your safety is our first priority and we have Covid-19 protocols and procedures in place to ensure everyones safety. There is a maximum of 11 people in each class and social distancing is maintained throughout.

Will a Pilates Class Be Suitable for Me?

Yes is the short answer, you will be required to fill in a health questionnaire and these will be screened to ensure you are able to participate safely in the class. We offer a free trial class for your first session and discuss your needs before attending to ensure our class is right for you. 

 

Do I need to book?

Yes. If you are interested in trying one of our classes please contact me on 07963632717 or email info@backyourbody.co.uk to book your first free taster session. If you decide you would like to continue attending our classes then we will require you to book a 6 week pass which can be purchased by clicking the book now button below. This will be explained to you at your taster session.
