Online - Injury/Pain Tailored Treatment Plan
Due to the corona virus, we are unable to deliver our sports
massage services, until such time that the government guidelines
change. However we can still help! Unfortunately in the situation
in which we find ourselves, it is inevitable for most of us that our
posture and fitness will start to suffer. You will be sitting down for
longer periods and exercising less than you are used to.
Is Social distancing and self isolation having an effect on how you
are managing your pain or injury?
Are you experiencing aches and pains that you are not used to?
Are you recovering from a new or recent injury?
Have you recently recovered from surgery?
Are you used to having a regular treatment such a
physiotherapy, osteopathy or massage and are noticing an
increase in your pain or discomfort?
Are you experiencing muscle soreness or stiffness through
not doing what you're used to doing?
How can we help?
We are offering a free face to face consultation (via ZOOM) to talk through the problems you are facing, with the information you provide, we will then give you some self managing massage techniques and devise a tailored short exercise programme that you can do at home.
How Will it Work?
The first step is to book your free 15 minute consultation, you will be required to fill in a consultation form. After the consultation we will send you a free ZOOM user guide if you decided to book the treatment plan and advice appointment.
Following the information you provide from the consultation we will design a bespoke treatment and advice plan for you. This may include self massage techniques, breathing techniques and a short tailored Pilates based exercise programme. You are under no obligation to book this appointment, however if you do decide to go ahead we will require a 20% deposit which is payable on booking this appointment.
During this appointment we will record the session via ZOOM (with your permission), and will send you the copy. This is a great way to remind you of the advice, massage techniques and pilates exercises given to you so that you can revisit and practice them at home.
