With my 1:1 tuition I will complete a private consultation, and develop a tailored Pilates lesson that is specific to your body.
If you don't want to be part of a group online and prefer a bespoke class then this is ideal.
If you suffer with arthritis, osteoporosis, lower back pain or other joint issues then a private tutorial can be invaluable, I will be able to offer you advice as regards to exercising for your condition.
During the consultation I will be discussing your needs and medical history, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire to ensure that I advise you of the best Pilates exercises for your session.
