Back Your Body is a place of experts in sports massage and pilates, our vision is to offer our clients a range of soft tissue therapies and pilates exercises to promote optimal physical health.
From our fully equipped Pilates studio in Sidcup, it allows our clients to use specialist Pilates equipment that will promote their flexibility, strength, balance and mobility in a supported way that would not be achievable without our apparatus.
Throughout using the equipment, clients will be guided and assisted with expert tuition to enhance the full benefits of Pilates on their bodies, and leave them with an enjoyable, challenging and unique exercise experience that they will never forget.

The staff at Back Your Body have combined academic achievements of which include graduations from the prestigious North London School of Sports Massage, Level 5 BTEC certification in sports & remedial massage therapy, qualifications in pregnancy massage, ScarWork therapy and medical acupuncture - all of which are now professionally implemented into services at Back Your Body.
We are confident that our expertise, in combination with our friendly and approachable studio atmosphere, will provide the optimum environment for individuals of all circumstances and abilities to overcome injuries, improve their strength, mobility and ultimately thrive and improve their overall physical health.
When choosing this type of massage treatment, we understand the trust you need to have in choosing the right therapist to help you with your injury or reason for treatment. We respect the tolerance of your tissues when we use our advanced soft tissue techniques and our aim is to relieve pain and reduce muscular tension along with many other benefits.
Our therapists are qualified to work safely and effectively with clients that are currently going through cancer treatment or are in recovery. Our aims are to help reduce some of the physical and mental side effects of cancer treatment, We adapt our massage skills to provide a safe but effective treatment that will help reduce muscle soreness, decrease mild to moderate anxiety and improve well being.
We want to help our clients manage their physical health through each stage of their cancer treatment and beyond.

What are the benefits to the employer of workplace massage?• Improves productivity and efficiency. Providing 15 minutes of chair massage reduces stress, anxiety and muscular tension improving concentration, energy levels and rejuvenates the mind. • Reduced absenteeism, workplace massage can prevent employees taking sick leave due to muscular pain, stress and anxiety • Improved morale, your employees will feel appreciated and their wellbeing is of priority to your company.
What are the benefits to the employee of workplace massage?• Reduction of stress and anxiety • Increased energy levels, which can improve concentration and productivity. • Relieves muscle tension and pain and improves quality of sleep • Chair massage makes it more accessible to employees and eliminates the need to travel for treatment • Massage is performed through clothing, ensuring no one feels uncomfortable getting undressed
How long are the sessions?We recommend a minimum of 15 minutes per person depending on number of employees, we can tailor packages to suit the employer’s needs. If there are over 12 employees we would advise to book a morning or afternoon session. We recommend once to twice a month depending on the number of employees.
What will the employer need to provide?All we require from the employer is a breakaway space or dedicated room.
What are the legal requirements?We are fully qualified and insured, all our therapists are members of a professional organisation and first aid trained. We provide copies of the above and complete a risk assessment for each employer.
