Unlike other strenuous exercise, pilates is a movement of which can be highly beneficial and is encouraged for those who are expecting a baby. Classes are already low impact, with the ability to be adapted according to the participants physical requirements.

Is It OK To Do Pilates While Pregnant?

It is strongly encouraged that those that are pregnant continue to exercise.
