With Work Place Massage Therapy At Back Your Body, we are pleased to offer our professional massage services within the workplace. The benefits of massages in the workplace include that it takes little space and can be performed in a breakaway area or side office throughout the working day.
Office massages have several physical and mental benefits to both the employer and employees, including increased productivity and energy levels, reduced anxiety and reduced stress and employee appreciation.
Not only do we provide effective massage treatments, but we can provide advice on improving posture and stretches within the workplace, which will potentially reduce back, neck and shoulder aches and pains.
This will potentially reduce employees taking sick leave for not only back pain but for mental health issues such as stress and anxiety. Our massage therapists are fully qualified and insured and first aid trained.
We will provide all the equipment necessary and ensure all the required paperwork and Covid-19 procedures are followed to protect your company and staff.

How long are the sessions?We recommend a minimum of 15 minutes per person depending on number of employees, we can tailor packages to suit the employer’s needs. If there are over 12 employees we would advise to book a morning or afternoon session. We recommend once to twice a month depending on the number of employees.
What will the employer need to provide?All we require from the employer is a breakaway space or dedicated room.
What are the legal requirements?We are fully qualified and insured, all our therapists are members of a professional organisation and first aid trained. We provide copies of the above and complete a risk assessment for each employer.
